Haylee Wolten, 15, of Manchester, died September 12, 2008, at Boston Children’s Hospital after a long illness.
She was born November 25, 1992, in Bellingham WA and was the daughter of Angela Wolten of Manchester, and Bill Laporte, of Nashua.
Haylee attended Keene Middle School, where she took part in cheerleading activities. Haylee loved to play soccer, and basketball. She enjoyed being with her friends, and singing.
She will be remembered as always being happy, courageous, and brave. She had a very quick whit, and wonderful sense of humor. She could be stubborn, but always knew what she wanted.
Family members include her mother, Angela Wooten, of Manchester; her step-father, Barry Wolten, of Bellingham WA; her father, Bill Laport, of Nashua; a brother, James Wolten, of Bellingham, WA; maternal grandparents, Charles and Charlene Ashmore, of Manchester; her paternal grand parents, Andy Laport, of Alberta Canada, Lisa Brown, of New Ipswich, NH; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of her life took place Sunday, September 14, 2008, at the Yard Restaurant, 1211 S Mammoth Rd., Manchester, NH.
