Palmer, Frederick L. Ret Patrolman BPD, of Plymouth, formerly of Marshfield, April 1. at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Janet (Bigsby) Palmer. Loving father of Bruce Palmer and Darlene of Plymouth, Bryan Palmer of Lewiston, ME., and Gregory Palmer and Danielle of Hingham. Grandfather of Violet Palmer of Hingham and Alyson Palmer of Plymouth. Son of the late Frederick and Evelyn (Athmer) Palmer. Brother of Richard Palmer and Joan of Marshfield. Uncle of Susan, Michael, Steven and Christine Palmer.
Frederick was educated in Boston Schools and graduated from Boston State Teachers College. He was a member of Local #4 Elevator Constructors, A member of the Boston Police Department for 16 years before retiring and a member of the Teamsters Local #82.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday April 7, at 11:00 am in the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St (Rte 139) Marshfield.
Visiting hours Sunday from 2 to 5 pm.
Interment will be in MA. National Cemetery Bourne following the Service at 1:15 pm.
