Daniel J. Sullivan of Kingston passed away at the South Shore Hospital on February 16, 2008 at the age of 59. He is the son of the late Michael A. and Therese (Laverdiere) Sullivan and the beloved brother of Cecile A. Hannon of South Weymouth. Dan was the beloved uncle of Yale Hannon of CA and the beloved nephew of Raymond Laverdiere and Patricia Cauchon both of Canada. He is also survived by his cousins in Canada and Austria and his many friends. Mr. Sullivan was born in Boston, grew up in Hull and lived in Kingston for the last 13 years. He graduated from Newman Preparatory High School in Boston and attended Boston University. Dan was a retired US Marine having served with honor in Vietnam and belonged to the Leathernecks Motorcycle club, the AM Vets Post 51 in Randolph, the Hull VFW 1786 and the Marine Corps League in Quincy. Relatives and Friends are invited to the Funeral from the CC Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant Street (Columbian Sq) South Weymouth on Friday February 22 at 7:45 A.M. followed by the Funeral Mass at St.Francis Church, 261 Pleasant St. S.
