I was so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. She was a lovely, warm person and an exemplary class parent (and parent in general) for our class at Dedham Country Day. I will never forget that, in spite of the fact that she had lost close friends on 9/11, she was still concerned with how the other teachers and I were coping with the loss of another student's father and how we were dealing with helping our students cope. My sincere condolences to Carolyn's family, especially her husband and her two boys, who I was fortunate enough to see many pictures of over the past 20 years of flying with her at American. I will always remember her smile, and positive attitude. She always had a kind word to say, even if the passenger didn't deserve it!! She will be missed by me, and all of her American Airlines Family! God Bless, and my prayers are with you.
