Obituary
Edward L. DeFilippo, 65 years died at home Thursday morning surrounded by his loving family. He was born, raised and educated in E. Boston, the son of the late Anthony and Carmela (Maglio) DeFilippo. Following his education Edward entered into the US Army, proudly serving our country from 1959 to 1962. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 25 and worked for Airborne Express for more than 30 years, retiring in 2000.
Mr. DeFilippo was a member of the DAV. He lived for time spent with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He will forever be remembered as an “AWESOME” family man.
