Dear Scott and Cheryl,
I haven't seen either of you in years but I wanted to let you know I'm very sorry to hear about your Grandmother. I never put the connection together until now. I used to see her back when I worked at the bank and when she was caring for Everett. She was always smiling and positive. Sorry for your loss and take care.Posted: 12/11/2006 by Linda Ball of Derry, NH, I have a very fond memory of your mother from the late 80s or early 90s. My Parents were living in Hawaii at that time and your parents were visiting. The neighbor living next to my parents had a large trampoline and Bertha spied it. Despite the protestations of Clyde ( who refused to leave the side of the trampoline) and despite the fact she was dressed in a skirt Bertha climbed up for a jump or two or three. I have pictures still in my home somewhere amongst many other sweet rememberences of your parent's connection with my family. I wanted to share with you that happy memory and my condolences. My best to you and yours. MaryAnna O'DonnellPosted: 12/12/2006 by MaryAnna O'Donnell of Saratoga Springs, NY, With our deepest sympathy to The Families of Bertha. A very special lady to so many people. Had lots of friends........Sincerely Priscilla and Bob Taylor Posted: 12/12/2006 by Priscilla and Bob Taylor of Auburn, NH, USA I will never forget the first time I met Mrs. Mac...I was a scared little five year old at Mrs. Wells school. She always had a sweet smile and a comforting hug. I got to know her all over again 20 years later working for Pinkerton. Always willing to help, still with a smile...I will miss her dearly. Condolences to the family.

May God bless them both and please accept my sincere sorrow for your loss.Posted: 12/13/2006 by Eunice Guyre of Derry, NH, USA Our daughter MaryAnna O'Donnell has left a memorable moment of Bertha and Clyde while visiting us in Honolulu. It was one of many trips they made, and we will all cherish. Bertha was our sons, Robert and Joseph's teacher at Ruth Wells Kindergarten, and a good and dear friend since. She is remembered fondly by our entire family, and we will miss her chatty notes of love and friendship since 1968. God Bless.

She was very dedicated to the Alumnus and to her beloved town of Derry. The community has lost a wonderful woman.Posted: 12/13/2006 by Susan Pugh of Derry, NH, Fun loving, patient and warm, Mrs. Mac has shared chapters of stories with our family. One of the last at my brother Joseph's wedding here in Florida. Prior to the wedding at my folks home, Mrs. Mac, myself, girlfriends and two of my young daughters struck a pose sharing laughter and just a little leg. This picture still shares a place of honor in my gallery of photos and my precious memories.
