Obituary

Daniel Patrick Bergeron, 21, of Fairhaven died Sunday October 22, 2006 at St. Luke's Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Fairhaven.

Born in New Bedford, the son of Maureen (Ryan) Bergeron and Russell A. Bergeron, he lived in Fairhaven for most of his life. He was a graduate of Fairhaven High School Class of 2003, where he was on the football, baseball, and track teams.

Mr. Bergeron was currently attending Bristol Community College studying Fire Science. He was employed as a cook at the Texas Roadhouse in Dartmouth.

His two passions in life were music and his friends, which led to his recent venture establishing his music promotion company "Wishful Thinking Records". He was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan and a wiffleball fanatic.

Survivors include his mother and father; a brother, James M. Bergeron of Milford; a sister, Kara E. Bergeron of Fairhaven; his girlfriend, Jillian Morency of Mattapoisett; his grandparents, Roger and Irene Bergeron and Daniel and Maureen Ryan, all of Fairhaven; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Fairhaven. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4-9 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd., Route 6, Mattapoisett. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Daniel P.
