Varnerin, Mary “Maureen” (Riordan) of Hyde Park May 23, 2016. Beloved wife of the Late Boston Police Officer (Ret.) Donald S. Varnerin. Predeceased by her parents Cornelius and Mary Riordan. Survived by her beloved sister Catherine M. Murphy of Milton and wonderful sister-in-law Irene Riordan of Effingham, NH and predeceased by her brother John Riordan and sister Bridget MacNeill. Devoted mother to Jayne Casey and her husband James of Whitman, Dianne Lundgren and her husband Dean of Bridgewater and Stephen Varnerin and his wife June of Westwood. Most proud Grammy to Devon, Victoria, Shane, Kyle, Connor, Donald, Brendan and Genevieve. Known as "Cousie" to her many wonderful nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held in the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury on Wednesday May 25th from 4pm – 8pm. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday morning at the Massachusetts National Cemetery Bourne, MA at 10:15am. Relatives and friends invited.
