Deborah Ann Lorick Dowdy, age 54, died January 1, 2015 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was born May 22, 1961 in Amory, MS to Lamar “Buddy” Lorick and Shelby Gooch Griffin. Deborah was employed for many years as a cutting table operator in the furniture manufacturing industry. She enjoyed fishing, riding 4-wheelers and spending time at the lake.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Ronny Dowdy of Coffeeville, MS; her daughters, Jamie Mullins of Thaxton, MS and Leslie (Rodney) Clemmer of Ripley, MS; her sons, Jeremy (Anita) Ferguson and John Lyles, Jr. all of Pontotoc, MS; her mother, Shelby Griffin of Pontotoc, MS; her father, Lamar “Buddy” Lorick of Saltillo, MS; and two brothers, Danny Lorick and Alan Lorick both of Thaxton, MS. A private service will be held at a later date. | ||||
