Obituary

WORCESTER-Tennille LaShay Parham was born in Huntsville, Alabama on February 23, 1977 to Linda Parham and Rubin Jerome Robinson. She departed this life suddenly on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital.


Tennille, known as T LaShay, graduated from Randolph High School in Randolph. She earned her undergraduate degree from Pine Manor Women’s College, Newton; and a Master’s in Film and Art from Boston University. She received a Certificate in Bio Manufacturing from Worcester Polytech Institute. T LaShay lived in Massachusetts most of her life. She lived also in New York, LA, studied and lived abroad in Australia, Paris and France.


T LaShay will be sorely missed by her mother, Linda, father, Jerome, and a host of other family members, friends, colleagues, and her beloved pet Zena.
She was a dedicated worker and held many jobs. She was employed as a patient transporter at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, and a pharmacist technician at CVS on Shrewsbury Street.


She was a gentle, giving, and compassionate young woman who had a passion for helping others. She had an inseparable bond with her mother whom she loved dearly, and they shared a lifetime of making unforgettable memories. She was loved and well-liked by all those who journeyed through her life. Her pastime and hobbies were film and television.

A visiting hour will be held from 10–11 am on Monday, December 29th immediately followed by the service at 11am in CALLAHAN~FAY & CASWELL FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
