WORCESTER-Clementina A. “Nellie” (Pedone) White, 89, formerly of East Park Terrace in Worcester passed away peacefully on October 29th at Salmon Health and Retirement Home.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of James and Rosa (Simone) Pedone and lived here her entire life.
Nellie is survived by her daughter, Rosann L. Coogan and her husband Michael of Leicester along with her two grandsons, Christopher and John. She also leaves a sister Nina (Pedone) Trotsky and her husband David of Auburn and many nieces and nephews. Nellie was predeceased by her husband, Winton W. White in 1958 and by six brothers, Joe, Jack, Bart, “Spike”, Jimmy, and Anthony.
Nellie lived a long, full life helping family and friends whenever asked or needed and she will be lovingly missed by all.
Her family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Salmon Health and Retirement for their dedicated and compassionate work.
At Nellie’s request, services are private. Arrangements are under the care of CALLAHAN-FAY and CASWELL BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St.
A memorial Mass in her name will be held on Sunday, November 16th at 11:30 in St. Peter’s Church, 931 Main St., Worcester.
