In Taunton, October 24, 2014 Walter “Dana” French husband of Joanne (Toomey) French died at Morton Hospital at the age of 73. Born and educated in Boston, Dana was the son of the late Walter and Edna (Orr) French. He was the father of Donna Fagan and her husband David, Grace May, William Carrigan, Susan Carrigan and Kimberlee Chaney and her husband William all of Taunton. Grandfather of nine grandchildren. Brother of Linda French, Susan French and Denise French-Lynch and the late Robert and Steven French. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Tuesday, October 28th at 8 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Jamaica Plain at 10 AM. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8 PM. Interment Forest Hills Chapel in Boston.
