McGONAGLE, Rev. James E. C.Ss.R., in Baltimore, MD, age 95, October 18, 2014. Beloved son of the late James E. and Helen G. (Walsh) McGonagle. Loving brother of Mary C. McGonagle of Boston, Sr. Helen Mary McGonagle, C.S.J. of Brighton and the late Joseph G., William J., A. Vincent and Gerard J. McGonagle. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews. He will lie in state in The Basilica of Our Lady Of Perpetual Help “The Mission Church”,1545 Tremont Street, Roxbury, Saturday, October 25 from 8:30- 10:30 a.m. Followed by a Concelebrated Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m., relatives and friends invited. He was ordained a Redemptorist priest in 1944. He spent most of his priestly life in the Southeast United States. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
