Lourdes Rodriguez, 45, of New Bedford passed away suddenly at home on Saturday October 18, 2014.
Born in New York City, she lived in New Bedford for many years.
Lourdes attended LifeStream in Acushnet for many years and graduated from the Kennedy-Donovan Center in New Bedford.
She was a happy, smiling individual who was always giggling.
She is survived by her mother, Maria C. Rolon; her siblings, Marlene Rivera, Miguel Serrano, and Jennifer Serrano; and nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Miriam Rodriguez.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 9 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish at St. James Church. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
