In Taunton, October 13, 2014 Marjorie (Freitas) Marshall wife of the late Edward Marshall died at Longmeadow Nursing Home in Taunton at the age of 78. Born in Dighton and educated in Taunton, Marjorie was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (King) Freitas. Marjorie worked for Morton Hospital in environmental services retiring in 1994. She was a member of the St Vincent DePaul Society, St Pierre shoe club and enjoyed country music, dancing, walking and especially her grandchildren. Marjorie was the mother of Kimberly A. Rose and her husband Gene of Taunton, Stacey St Martin of East Taunton, Edward F. Marshall Jr. and his wife Debbie of Taunton, Donald J. Marshall and his wife Cheryl of Taunton and the late Diane Marshall. Grandmother of Makayla St Martin, Shaina St Martin both of East Taunton. Sister of Joan Desrosiers of Taunton and the late Hazel Rogers. Aunt of several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Friday, October 17th from 4-7 PM followed by a service at 7 PM. Interment will be private.
