NORTH OXFORD-Kaitlin A. "Katie" Lovely, 36, passed away unexpectedly after a fall at home, on Wednesday, October 8, 2014.
Katie was a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt "Auntie Katie". She leaves her mother, Carolann King and her step-father William G. King of Paxton, a brother William P. Lovely, Jr. of Lowell, brother Sean M. Lovely and his wife Kristen of Auburn, and her sister Aileen T. Arnold-Garry and her husband Jason E. Garry of Worcester. Katie also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was especially fond of her time with Brendan T. Arnold and Nathan J. Garry of Worcester, and Megan R. Lovely and Owen P. Lovely of Lowell. Katie is predeceased by her father, William P. Lovely, Sr.
Katie graduated from Anna Maria College in Paxton with a degree in Business Administration. She enjoyed genealogy studies and was proud of her Irish heritage. Katie had a gift of humor and always made people laugh.
Katie was a compassionate person who was always giving her time to help any way she could. She was an active member of St. Peter's Church in Worcester where she volunteered for many of their activities, including teaching CCD. She also had much love for animals, especially her dogs, Tilly and Rosie. Katie will be greatly missed.
Family and friends are invited to gather together at St. Peter's Church, 931 Main Street, Worcester at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, October 14 for Katie's Funeral Mass. There are no calling hours and burial at Notre Dame Cemetery will be private.
