WEST BOYLSTON-Suzanne M. (Welburn) McEnaney, 69, of West Boylston passed away, Tuesday, September 23.
She leaves her son, Patrick M. and his wife, Tracy McEnaney of Mendon; four grandchildren, Brittany and Cami Mongiat and Patrick and Benjamin McEnaney; her longtime partner, David Brooks of West Boylston; a brother, Paul and his wife, Suzie Welburn of Connecticut; a sister, Avis and her husband, Barry Hendrickx of Florida and nieces and nephews. Two sons, Kevin and Daniel and a brother, John "Jack" Welburn, Jr. predeceased her. She was born in Winchester, daughter of John W. Welburn, Sr. and Mary (Hamilton) Welburn and graduated from North High School and the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston.
Suzanne was a pharmacist at UMASS Memorial Hospital for many years, prior to that she worked as a pharmacist at Harrington Hospital and the former Doctor's Hospital. Suzanne enjoyed playing tennis and adored her pets, a dog and four cats.
A Visiting Period will be held Saturday, September 27 from 10:30 to Noon with a Funeral Service at Noon in FAY BROTHERS Funeral Home, 1 West Boylston St. Burial will be private in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden Street, Worcester, 01606.
