HEARN Philomena S. (Milano) age 96 of Naples, Florida passed away peacefully on May 1, 2014 at Naples Hospital. Philly was born May 10, 1917 in the Bronx, New York to Nicholas and Mary (Mazziotta) Milano. Her early years were filled with travel throughout her life. She was a longtime member of the Lakewood Country Club in Naples and was an avid golfer who shot two holes in one over her lifetime of playing – a fact she delighted in. Her sparkle and zest for life will be missed by all who knew her. She was predeceased by her husband’s Gerard A. Hearn who passed away in 2007 and Arend Sievers, her first husband who passed away in 1976 and two of his daughters Doris Calvert and Marilyn Norell as well as her brother Frank Milano and his son Robert. She leaves behind a loving extended family including many nieces and nephews from the Sievers and Hearn family’s and Eileen (Sievers) Shaw and her family as well as a grand nephew David Milano. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 31st. at 10AM. in St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 502 Washington St. Wellesley, Ma. Philomena will be buried with her late husband Lt. Commander U.S. Coast Guard Gerard A. Hearn in the Arlington National Cemetery.
