Mark Alan Lowery entered in to rest May 18, 1914 at West Roxbury VA Medical Center after a long illness.
He was born in Derby, Connecticut November 18, 1957, the son of Billy Joe Lowery and Mary Vincenza Palmesi. He grew up in Shelton, Ct. He was a graduate of Shelton High School.
He entered the Navy in 1977 and after graduating from nuclear school , entered the submarine service of the Navy.
After his discharge he entered law school and graduate summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. He practiced tax law in Dedham , Mass and was President and Partner in the Law Firm of Lowery and Phelan.
A published author of two books, a children’s book, and another of political intrigue. He traveled extensively and was an avid fisherman.
He was predeceased by both his parents and is survived by his brother, Ralph Lowery of Plymouth, CT, Michael Lowery of Ansonia, Theresa Lowery Downey of Shelton, CT, and Robin Lowery Johnson of Shelton. He is the beloved uncle of 13 nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his long time life partner George Stevens of Cherry Valley, Mass.
