NATALIE ELIZABETH "BETTY" (BEAL) BARTLETT, a Hingham resident for over 60 years, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 19th, 2013 at the age of 88. She loved gardening and especially music and was a longtime member of the OPALS, a local singing group.
She was the wife of the late George H. Bartlett and mother of Carol A. Papineau and Russell G. Bartlett and his wife Andrea all of Hull. Grandmother of Rhonda O'Rourke, Dean Papineau, April Bartlett and Crystal Bartlett. Great Grandmother of Megan, Lisa and Michelle O'Rourke. Sister of the late Donald Joyce.
For many years Mrs. Bartlett has been a member of the First Baptist Church, 85 Main St., Hingham, MA 02043 where her Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, Nov. 23rd at 11 AM.
Friends may visit at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond St., Hingham on Friday from 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory would be appreciated to the First Baptist Church.
The interment is to be private.
