Grandfather of Katherine A. Foster. Brother of Robert J. Foster of Jefferson, GA., John J. Foster of Riverside, CA., and William S. Foster of Coventry, RI. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Late retired painting contractor. Korea Air Force War Veteran. Skilled woodworker, Devoted family man. Enjoyed fishing, traveling, airplanes, walks with his wife Jeannie. James was generous to all.
