Devoted father of Edward Hudson, Roberta Stirling, Janet Spirito, Robert Hudson Jr. and the late Jane Reilly. Step-father of Robert McIrney, Karen Fedele and Ellen Cutler. Also survived by 13 grandchildren.
Retired Detective, Boston Police Dept. World War II Veteran, U.S. Navy. Recipient of the Purple Heart.
Funeral from the P.E. Murray-George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Thursday, June 14 at 9:30AM. Funeral Mass in Holy Name Church, West Roxbury at 10 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visitation prior to Mass from 8-9:30 AM in the funeral home. Interment Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
