Robert G. Maloof of Dedham, formerly of Roslindale and Boston's South End, passed away on May 2, 2014. He was 67 years old.
Born in Boston, Bob was a loving, caring husband and father who devoted his life to his family. He was also an amazing friend to many, always looking to help people and always giving more than what he expected in return. A life-long parishioner of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, Bob established a Home Inspection Company with his father and uncle in the mid 1970's and successfully ran the business for almost 40 years. He was a proud Veteran of the US Coast Guard.
Bob was the Dear and devoted husband of Elaine (Haddad). Loving father of Gregory R. Maloof of Dedham, Marie E. “Kiki” Maloof of Dedham, Christopher M. Maloof and his wife Rebecca of Arlington and Samuel D. Maloof of Millbury. Dear brother of Judith Friedel of West Roxbury and the late Raymond Maloof. Beloved son of the late Samuel and Marie (George) Maloof. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bob's Funeral Service was held May 7, 2014 at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 55 Emmonsdale Rd. WEST ROXBURY.

Bob was laid to rest on a sunny hilltop at Mt. Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury.
