Pam, Sarah, Jon and Jake - our hearts are heavy knowing Kenny has passed. Even though we so much want him here with us, knowing he is now standing tall, pain free, smiling down and watching over us brings peace of heart to those who knew and loved him. I'm shocked and saddened to learn of Kenny's passing. I played Sunday morning softball with - and for - him in '91 and '92. We used to call him 'Coach K'. I will always picture him with that perpetual smile he had, as if he was still grinning about a joke he'd heard an hour before. My condolences to Kenny's family. He will be missed.

Kenny always meant so much to my Dear Friend Sally, and me in kind, because of his amazing courage as a young child fighting his health problems, of which he recovered...It now comforts me to know that my Dear Friend Sally is there to welcome her loving son into the Kingdom of Heaven to await the rest of us, knowing Sally she called out all the Herald Angels to welcome him. Dear Matthews Family, I was sorry to hear of Kenny's recent passing. I taught Kenny piano when he was a student at CM. He was a very talented pianist, who greatly enjoyed playing the piano. His favorite songs at that time were "Color My World" and "Close to You". He was a kind person, a good listener, and a respectful student. My condolences to your family.
