Vincent Garcia, 42, of Brighton, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012 unexpectedly at the home he shared with his fiancée Kerry Watson.
Born in New Bedford and raised in Fairhaven, he was a graduate of Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational-Technical High School.
Vincent was employed as an auto mechanic in Brighton.
He enjoyed restoring antique automobiles, especially Volkswagens. He also enjoyed woodworking, a passion he learned at a young age from his grandfather.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Lunquest, her husband Robert and brother Robert, all of Fairhaven; his father, Vincent Garcia and his companion Donna Callahan of Fairhaven; his grandmother, Simone Brunette of New Bedford; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
