In Loving Memory of Michael Sardano

Michael David Sardano, went home peacefully to his Heavenly Father on May 13, 2024 at the age of 66, surrounded by his family. Mike was known for his deep love and dedication to his family and his unwavering faith in the Lord which was the cornerstone of his life. His love for the Lord was evident in everything he did, and he was a shining example of faith and love to all who knew him.

Mike was a man of great integrity, kindness, and compassion. He touched the lives of many with his warm smile, sense of humor, gentle spirit, and helpful nature. His love for his family was unconditional, and he always put their needs above his own, providing support and guidance through life's joys and challenges.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 9, 1957, to the late Richard and Virginia Sardano. Brother to, Nicolas (Rick) Sardano and John (Ed) Sardano.

Mike faithfully provided for his family working at Braintree Electric Light Department for 35 years, once retired he enjoyed helping customers at his favorite store Lowe’s in the power tools department.

Sharing 42 years of marriage, he was the beloved husband to Gail, they inspired all who knew them. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, devotion and beautiful memories. They enjoyed traveling the world together, camping with family and friends, car shows in their Javelin and supporting their children through all of life’s accomplishments.

Mike was a source of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love to his four children, Elizabeth and Luke Gardner, Emily and George Hossann, Anna and Brian Schmaderer and Cameron and Carissa Sardano. He instilled values of compassion, hard work, and perseverance, shaping them into the remarkable individuals they are today. He enjoyed field trips, coaching, square dancing, and sharing his expertise. His life lessons and encouragement will continue to guide them.

Mike's love knew no bounds for his six grandchildren, Harper, Noah, Gavin, Mason, Logan and Jayce. Affectionately called Grampy, he delighted in their laughter and joy. They enjoyed Italian dinner nights making homemade gnocchi with Grampy.

Mike's legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will continue to inspire all who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memory of him will live on in the hearts of his beloved family and friends and we celebrate that He is face to face with his Lord and Savior.

A celebration of Mike's life will be held on Friday, May 17th at 11:00 am at South Shore Baptist Church, 578 Main Street, Hingham MA 02043.

Michael Sardano will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and a true friend in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
